✅ Must have the discipline to follow our nutrition plan. This is critical. That doesn't mean you can't enjoy the food you love but overall you do need to commit to building healthier eating habits.
✅ Must enjoy working in a group environment. The energy at Desert Fitness Collective is infectious. Nothing feels better than positive energy!
✅ This challenge is for all fitness levels. We will not only get you into shape, but empower you, both physically and mentally.
✅ Must be willing to take before/after photos and perform fitness tracking to document your success.
✅ Must truly want to change your lifestyle and remain positive, even when things get challenging.
✅ Must leave your ego at home. This is a place where commitment is encouraged and respected.
